About Me

I think my friends would say im full of energy, ideas and questions. Im a dreamer, conscious thinker, passionate, connector. Extremely curious, deep, good guest, ambitious, fun. Always up for having a good time or a deep discussion. Down for a night out, day trips, or just watching a movie. I save most of my adventuring for when I’m out of town. Always down for music, writing, any artistic expression if I’m feeling inspired.

Im pretty chill, I know how to have fun and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Plus i keep it real and I am unapologetically myself 🫶 I’ve always been pretty independent even as a kid. I read a lot and always knew I would travel so I started planning young.

Most of my CS’s have left many fond memories and some amazing lasting friendships. There’s been many adventures over the years so take a look at my reviews. Keep in mind I’ve actually hosted closer to 500 people but many “groups” only leave one review. So if you request me and are bringing friends… try to get them to sign up, request and leave review at end too!

My house is a safe place for everyone who needs one btw, it’s sad there’s a need to express that but hey we will persevere ✊ My main philosophy is do whatever makes you happy as long as it doesn’t bring harm to anyone else.
Bonus points if it makes people happy too or helps society as a whole. Karma is cool.

420 friendly. 🍄& other plant medicine used from time to time. I don’t drink like I used to but I do enjoy quality spirits, wine, beers and company! Occasionally a cigar but no cigarettes.

I am fixing up a duplex as well so if you have any skills we may be able to do each other a favor or work out work!

Cool story for one of my CS’s married one of my best friends after 5 years together. She moved here from NL and I officiated the wedding in my living room. 🥳

You never know what’s going to happen or who you are going to meet. There’s so much to explore and learn in the world and the people we meet help us see it all. Instagram Djcroovy.

My interests range greatly from music to cooking, organics and good health, traveling of course ;)
I like to sing and i goof around with different instruments.

As a youngster I did a lot of performing arts and thats where I think my confidence for life came out.
In school I loved history, reading, writing, physics.
I have a creative passion for design or maybe its better to say i like thinking up new things that can help people have better lives.

Leonardo Da Vinci and Nikola Tesla are a couple of my heroes :) anyone that’s helped innovate and change the world for the better.

I want to see the whole world and help make the world a better place. Pretty hard unless we do it together.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Big road trip from NL to Turkey and back :)

Muang Ngoi in Laos.
A hidden village far up river from any roads or towns.
The village itself has no cars and is beautifully peaceful. A bungalow for under $5 a night with hammock. All you can eat buffet (vegetarian) for $1! The best Tom Yum soup of my life as well!
Tubing on the river or trekking hours around rice field plateaus. Such an amazing place!!

Brasov Romania.
When i was in my early 20s I hopped on a train from Zagreb to Budapest to Brasov. Its a very long train ride and we went during the day. As we were approaching Brasov the sun was showing just enough light to illuminate the surrounding landscape.
A vast flat land of green fields all around with a small blimp in the distance that was Brasov. On the trains left was a large jagged range of mountains like something sinister out of a Dracula movie (These mountains were used in the film Cold Mountain).
I felt a chill as I realized I was knee deep in Transylvania land. If i was gonna get bitten by a werewolf or something like that, this would be the time and place!
But the sheer beauty of this balanced rugged and clean landscape in that light was breathtaking.

I got tons more but if i tell all the good ones what we gonna talk about in person??? ;)

Gili Islands, Koh Pahyam, Ayahuasca, Lake Toba...

Teach, Learn, Share

I got lots to share and teach and im always up for learning :)
