I am currently living in western MD working as a community pharmacist at the local grocery store. I like to think of myself as your friendly neighborhood pharmacist! I love my career and truly couldn't imagine doing anything else. Throughout my life, I have always put others before myself out of pure happiness and I think that is why I enjoy my career so much. In my free time, some of the activities that I enjoy doing are hunting, fishing, and snowboarding. I really want to get into so much more though. I have had a knack for diving into a bunch of different hobbies including Djing, ultimate frisbee, horticulture, and filmography. You can tell I have a broad range of hobbies and I am always excited to learn something new. Ever since I graduated college I have been taking advantage of any travel opportunities that have presented themselves to me and it has been an incredible experience thus far. You could definitely say I have the travel bug instilled in me. Oh, and I am also a fantastic cook!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I have personally seen the power it has to connect people. I hooked up with a buddy on one of his couchsurfing trips and I had the best time of my life. In a time when there is a lot of hate a violence it was so refreshing to be with people that shared a common outlook on life. The idea of couchsurfing really is perfect for me because I have passed on a lot of trips I have wanted to take because I simply don't have anyone to go with. Fortunately I am afforded a substantial amount of time off work and I would love to be able to take a weekend trip somewhere to go snowboarding, fishing, or just sight see and meet new people all across the world
