ABOUT ME

I was born in Woodland Hills, CA, grew up in Milwaukee WI, Moved to Arizona, and now I live in one of my favorite town's of all time... Nashville, TN. Where I studied recording arts and sciences. I'm a total science geek! That is (When it comes to music, frequencies, electro magnetic waves, psychology, life). The laws of gravity do not apply to me. All rules were made to be broken (except mine ;) I'm a strong believer in living in the moment, and with Positive Energy. I do believe those who don't risk going toooo far, won't possibly know out how far they can go. I paint, read, travel, balance, make mistakes, hug, swim, meditate, nature hike, and can cook up a killer omelet -all simultaneously :)

PHILOSOPHY

I don't believe in wasting time. Life's to damn short. See something you want, Go Get It. Don't allow yourself to get in the way. Live your life one kick ass moment at a time. Keep in mind, past/future events, aren't real (so stop stressin about what could happen or has) Always make THIS moment your best. Every THIS MOMENT you get (it's all there ever is).
