I've been dancing since forever, but I'm starting to show my age so instead of twerking I now do swing, blues and salsa dancing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I suppose I'm an old soul, a fan of jazz that makes you want to jump and dance. The music of Frank Sinatra and his contemporaries as well; a leading reason I got into swing dancing. Also work from Hans Zimmer and Steve Jablonsky always rock my world. And EDM because occasionally you just gotta rage.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know about teaching, but I am always learning acroyoga, yoga, dancing, massage therapy and willing to share my time and skills accumulated thus far.
