ABOUT ME

After having spent my first 6 months away with only a backpack, I now see where I belong most! Everywhere, spontaneously bouncing around between areas meeting new people abroad! I now find myself anxiously awaiting my next trip this winter as I continue life as a working man.

I had many great times on my first trip to Europe and many stories to share from it! I would love to meet any Couch surfers coming through Calgary who can share there abroad stories with me. Hopefully allowing me to feel away from the way of the working life and indulging in some story telling of how it used to be. Away with a backpack never letting a smile leave my face!

I consider myself outgoing, although I can tend to be a little bit shy when i first meet some one if I'm not around others I already know. But after a few good moments of story sharing I'll probably already be my normal loud ambitious self!

I'm always looking for a bigger and better party and for this reason find it hard staying in the same place for months at a time! I want be abroad!

PHILOSOPHY

How can you say you've lived in this world if you haven't seen it all? Travel and get out of the house every chance you get and experience something new!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I offer my couch, and I like to sleep on others peoples couches when I need it! and I'm generally open to taking people on a tour or showing them the mountains as well as i have a vehicle!

I've met up with a few people for drinks, and it wasn't ever a let down!

Interests

My biggest interests are sports, anything from climbing-skiing-team sports like soccer, you name it I like it. Keeping active is what keeps me alive!

Photography is another one of my biggest hobbies. A long with music, although I'm not the best at playing it I love to listen to it and go to concerts and festivals.

And of course my biggest interest, like many people here, is to travel the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: anything and everything except country. in particular indie, alternative rock/punk, and hip hop. its a wide spectrum but it all depends on my mood!

Movies/books: I don't watch or read many movies, although if its funny and I'm in need of a break and to relax I'd be interested!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

gone to the North American climbing championships, a long with many other large climbing competitions

seen many sites across the western states when i was younger including the grand canyon!

6 month trip to Europe including Morocco and Turkey bring more amazing things than i could list on one page! Very near the top would have to be the Sahara Desert!
