ABOUT ME

Hi all, so after almost 2 years of bouncing round the globe I'm back in New Zealand, putting some roots down and fattening up the bank account again. Prity happy where I've ended up in beutiful Gisborne. I've just brought my house so hopefully youre not worried about staying in a bit of a building site.. looking forward to meeting you:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have lived in a couch hosting house for around three or so years and have been stoked to meet everyone(alomst haha)that has come through. Ive learnt alot from the many friends ive made via couchsurfing and would be happy spread some of it back to yaal. I have also been a surfer throughout my travels and think it is definitely the way to do it.

Interests

I like things with two wheels... mountain biking, dirt biking, general motorbike fun. I like a good jam and will try my hand at any instruments (not promising itl sound great haha. One of my ethos- which ends up taking up alot of my time, is that most things can be fixed if you put your mind too it and I enjoy challenging the wastefull -if its broke throw it out- culture. Im also a keen tramper/hunter/backcountry adventurer and am keen to learn about and see the biodiversity and landscapes of other countries

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Riding an old motorbike 900km through the western Kasmir Himalayas, with mountain sickness, food poisoning and impending snow storms... good times:)
