ABOUT ME

I have been working as a research scientist at the University of Miami in Florida for 2 years. Recently, I decided that I wasn't being challenged enough by my job and just quit- now I'm running wild through Asia... trying to get lost.
I've spent a bunch of my time lately ocean kayaking and running. I love to climb...but its hard in Miami-> theres nothing natural above sea level. So I moved north....and here I am in Maryland :)

i have been a couch surfer since 2008...its always been a great experience. either meeting up for drinks or hosting.

I have trained capoeira for 6 years- retired now (bad knee) but always willing to share ..teach..
I speak spanish and a bit of portuguese (aka 'portunol')
i love to go climbing...i can teach you some basic belay stuff. ... and we're off to the wall!!
