I enjoy most things Paleolithic, climbing, crawling, jumping and running. When I am not testing the limits of my physical self I enjoy cultivating the mental. Reading about American history, dysfunctional poetry, novels, biographies and more and more.

I have spent the last year traveling the U.S and Canada. Exploring museums, cultural traditions, food, dance, education, language.

As a wise person once said “ the only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved.
