ABOUT ME

I would tell you all about me if I knew! Life is all about exploring the world, making our experiences and find out all about ourselves. I am so glad I'm not done discovering myself because "it's a great thing when you realize you still have the ability to surprise yourself" (Lester Burnam in American Beauty).

How do I see myself right now? Well, again I will use a quote:

PHILOSOPHY

I tend to not regret things I do even if they may not have been the best decision. It always easier to look back and evaluate but for me it's just important to look back in the end and say "I did it my way"!
In other words: "Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

1) First contact on April 14th, 2009: I met Danny, a CS City Ambassador for Prague and bunch of other couch surfers in Prague for some beers and a very interesting conversation. Too bad I had to leave early to catch my ride back home, but it was inspiring...

2) We had a small party/gathering with some couchsurfers in Berlin May 2nd 2009.. Still not hosted or surfed on a couch but it is getting better and better.
Btw I urge everyone who goes to Berlin should experience the atmosphere around 7 am around Warschauer Straße.. Phantastic..

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen a lot of things people would consider as amazing but I can not pick one day and declare it as more amazing than every other day of my life. I know I don't see the Napali coast every day but still - that's my philosophy.
But OK, maybe it's worth mentioning that I once shook Fidel Castro's hand ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to swim butterfly, how to play some easy tunes on a guitar, how you should kick a football and how you should throw a basketball and how to make a fool of yourself in a karaoke bar..
