ABOUT ME

I am smarting witty and love a good time! I love staying active and healthy! I Have been doing both Paleo and Crossfit on and off for about 3 years. When I am not working or working out I love getting out of the house a new adventure. I also spend my time volunteering have previously run an exercise class for young adults with Downs Syndrome as well as worked with different LGBT organizations over the last couple of years. Food! I will try just about anything at least once! Life is about the experience! If your not going to get out and live it then what are you doing! I have great love for my friends and family they are always a part of my heart it is because of them that am always surrounded by love.

PHILOSOPHY

Many have called me a free spirit always open to new ideas and ways of life. I think what is most important in life is how you view it! The world around us is shaped only by our own perception. If you take the time to truly shift your thinking and examine what would normal go unnoticed you never know what you will find!
