HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf and host. For me it´s not so much about staying at another place for free but more about meeting other people.

I hosted, surfed and met some people in new places. So far most of the people I met via CS were awesome!

Centres d'intérêt

I love travelling in general all over the world. I´m particularly interested in different cultures, therefore I prefer travelling to far distant countries. Unfortunately that´s quite difficult with my job, therefore I´m on the road or on the plane most of my weekends.
In addition I like reading good books, I like doing sports (dancing, cycling, diving) and am interested in meditations.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love reading fantasy, e.g. Partricia McKillip or Tolkin, but I also like fiction (Sebastian Faulks, Mark Helprin) and literature about buddhism. Reading is for me more important than movies (I don´t even have a TV). However, there are a few movies I like (e.g. Chocolate, Catch me if you can, Top Gun) and I like older movies (e.g. with Audrey Hepborn) and plays by Oscar Wilde.
Most of the time I listen to rock/ gothic rock, I like the 70ies and the 80ies. Actually I like almost everything, I´m just not so fond of techno, house, hiphop and the like.

I´m interested in psychology, literature and buddhism. I´m always happy to learn different languages and to learn as much as possible about different cultures.
