About Me

I would describe myself as a hobbit. I am very short, I love food and tea, and sometimes I have unexpected and amazing adventures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had some experience in couchsurfing with my first trips (using a joint count) and it was the best experience in the world as I had the opportunity to meet some amazing people who showed me the cities from the inside. Since then, I've tried to use it as much as possible, always that I had time to travel!

Interests

My biggest interest is to live life the fullest (yeah, what a cliché, right?) but it's true. Cities, food, people, cats.. I want to learn from other people, and teach them all what I can! I want to live it all!

I enjoy good wines and big foods, black teas and low lights, roller skating in the beach, and some adventures every now and then.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading and watching films (and series!) but I consider myself an average geek.

I usually love reading any kind of book. Some authors I specially enjoy are Rupi Kaur, Carrie Hope Fletcher, Elizabeth Gilbert... But my favourite book is Frankenstein.

I absolutely adore Lubitsch, Borzage, Bergman, Hitchcock... But I do admit, I also love films like Harry Potter, Lord of the rings, Moulin Rouge (musicals are my favorite genre!)

My taste in music is not very specific. Some bands I enjoy would be Florence and The Machine, Muse, Paramore, Imagine Dragons, Vetusta Morla...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the first amazing thing I did was to leave home when I was 18. I went to my beloved UK for work and I stayed there for about a year.

After that, it came the second most amazing thing I did. I travelled to Scotland as a backpacker and climbed a mountain with a 20 kg bag, which I would have never believed I was capable of.

Last but not least, I traveled alone for love. (I took a plane to meet up with someone I had met only once before in Rome. And I'd do it again.)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Spanish and Catalan, and some things about movie making and movie analysis. I'm also a great cooker so I could do that!

I'd like to learn anything anyone is willing to teach me. I'm very open-minded and respectful so I enjoy pretty much any kind of conversation. I like politics, spirituality, people, food, cats, books, mechanics, philosophy,.. Anything!
