My name is Fabio, I am 34, life is our journey back Home and I love to meet and share with people to expand my vision of life, my boundaries, and to connect each other.
I love Nature, where I find regeneration and connection with my true Self. I love music and dance, these are the main ingredients that allow me to trascend and to express my self. I love to study and to learn more about ancient traditions, alternative therapies, towards an holistic and transpersonal vision of human nature.
I love to cook, the italian style cuisine is my preferred field, but I really enjoy to experiment all kind of food from every culture.
My passion goes to the transpersonal field, the movement that embrace art, psychology and the connection with ancient traditions and science.

I am on couchsurfing to experience a new way of travelling, to meet and share with people, to nourish each others.

Interests

I love music, I love singing, I spent a whole life djing and then I realize that rhythms, dance, movement, meditation are a way to heal, transform and discover our Self. So I decided to quit clubs and shows to discover the power of music connected to healing and inner transformation. Now I am organizing events called Ecstatic Dance, that has 3 rules: "no alcol, no shoes, no talk". The intention is to create a sacred space where we can express our full potential, let go our emotions, transform our old habits in powerful attitudes.
I am curious about human nature, this brought me to work with people as educator and to get deeper in the helping relation studying as a transpersonal counselor.
I love simple things: have a walk in nature breathing the fresh air of the trees, or have a walk in the city enjoying an ice cream. Cooking a great recipe and sharing it with my friends. Go and discover the sacred places in every city or place where I go.

I can teach to dj and scratch, some meditation tools and body mind practices, cooking italian raw recipes, and a lot of "not to do" mistakes of life! I am ope about learning, everything that could be interesting about living better our lives, I would love to share a dance, or music, share food and and a nice talk in front of two red wine glasses.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Taking care of the house and clean the spaces, that's something I can do with pleasure. I can cook with joy and prepare some rare italian recipes.
I study transpersonal and holistic therapies, so I would love to share some bodymind practices.
