CURRENT MISSION

My currennt mission is onnecting to people, spreading love and living my dreams. I like to support others to see their dreams and vision clearly, their skills and wonderful sides.

ABOUT ME

I'm a social worker, currently working in a youth center in Reutlingen.

I would rate me as a friendly, respectful and tolerant person. I am introverted and prefer small groups more than huge parties. That does not mean I am only calm and there is no fun with me - There is much! But it means: You will randomly find me on the dancefloor, more in a pub in a conversation with others and mostly at my or my friends home for cooking together, playing board games or talking and laughing a lot.

It is not important for me how much money a person makes, which mobile or car he has, what movies he likes. More important for me is how a person is, how he behaves, how she thinks, what dreams he has and if he works on himself.

I would be glad to get to know your thinking about the world or what makes you happy. :) Or just having fun while hiking, cycling, cooking, ... :)

PHILOSOPHY

I'm used to like every person, even if I don't know him or her. I think, everybody has its own way of beeing, acting and believing. It's dependent on the made experiences and the fears or hopes which are deep inside us. I'€™m sure, everybody has a different task in and for this world and for his own development.

I think taking responsibility for yourself and your acting is the best you can do. That includes taking responsibility for your feelings and the situations resulting out of it. So sometimes situations need to be cleared, by showing the other one why you acted in a way. Often our feelings are reasons for conflicts. I'm not afraid of my feelings anymore, as I see them telling me something. Trusting the own feelings is important to get to know yourself. So if my feeling is not good, the best for me is to trust and follow it. Sometimes that means, other people think you are egoistic or not following agreements. But I see it to be honest to myself and the other without passing the buck to him. It'€™s my emotion and my responsibility to take care for me. I cannot expect someone to do that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

2012 I started travelling and couchsurfing. My first couchsurfing experience I made together with a wonderful couple living on Gran Canaria, which took me and a friend to a self given yoga lesson. They were so warm hearted and kind, that I decided to couchsurf as often as I can. In Sweden and my homecountry Germany the experiences were also mostly amazing, unforgetable talks and shared moments with wonderful world changing people.

I don't want to miss couchsurfing and think this community leads to a world wide change of sharing and giving, trusting to whatever comes without fear that yours will be taken away. It develops our world, the social systems and brings people together.

Interests

I want to do my best to support a world change. I love doing things on my own instead of buying it. I don't like to be commercial.

If you meet me at home, maybe I’m sitting somewhere knitting or sewing, making creative things.

In love nature and hearing the wind and the birds, smelling the flowers and feeling the sun or cold water. That’s why I love being outside, cycling, walking, swimming, planting.

I am vegan and love it. I want to give as much respect and good living conditions to animals as for humans. But don’t feel uncomfortable with eating meat in front of me, I have no Problem with it. I love making and eating self made meals, and trying new recipes or breads. It would be great to cook with you or we exchancge recipes. :-)

I love live music and singing. I learn to play the harp, it is a great instrument.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen a bird nesting in at my neighbours balcony and warming the eggs every day. The small birds will begin to fly soon! :)
