About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Current mission? Living!

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm a PhD student from Chile, currently living in Boston.
In my free time I like to go outdoors, camping, hiking, biking, but not running (I find it boring, sorry). I love my Trek bike (hybrid), my Deuter backpack for backpacking, my Camelbak backpack for biking and hiking, and my Marmot tent!
Currently I'm also learning how to play acoustic guitar and I recently bought a new photo camera. So next time I go backpacking I'll take my camera and my guitar with me, hopefully.
I'm a real quite person, I don't smoke, don't drink. I like to read, listen to music and watch movies (I've watched "Into the wild" ~5 times).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm renting a room here in Boston, so for the moment is quiet difficult for me to host people. I still don't know if I'm staying here next year, so I'm not sure if I will be able to host people in the short term

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None! I just joined this nice community.
Although previously I've stayed with people who I didn't know beforehand, but they were always Chileans whom I contacted by email. They've always been nice people. And now they are very good friends of mine.

Interests

I don't know if it's clear that I like outdoors... so I'll just make it clearer: I love outdoors! I really enjoy walking around a park, biking, etc. And as I told you, now I'm also adding photography and music to my interests
