Synchronicity, Divine intervention, who knows...? "random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty."

Yoga, dancing, qigong, walking, swimming in the sea, cycling, singing in a choir, sitting with cats & hens while hanging out with people.

'Gymnopedie' - Erik Satie, which I played before the death of one of my favourite cats. He sat on my heart as I played it over and over again. Joni Mitchell & Leonard Cohen - reminds me of how I enjoy Canada!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing on the 50th anniversary of CND from Hastings to Dover. It took us 16 hours and we arrived just before midnight in a thunderstorm.
