I've always been fascinating with traveling since I was really young. To hear and see all these new sites and smells and sounds it feels like you've landed on another planet.

I love meeting all kinds of people and learning about different cultures. I feel I've learned so much about myself through backpacking and seeing the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't spend your 20s and 30s dredging away at some job you don't like for some promise that you'll see the world and do the things you love during some vague distant future.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ask me anything you like. If our dates coincide I can always try to make a couch available whereever I may be living.

I've surfed a few times, hosted a few times and try to get involved in CS events around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's good! I love trying to stay on couches instead of hostels, it's a completely different experience and an amazing way to get to know the city while a local gets to know more about your culture, it's great.

North Korea (DPRK)

Most recentely I spent a few days in an indigenous village in the south of Colombia with no running water, no electricity, no anything and seeing this beautiful people live life the same way it was lived hundreds of years ago. I've done a lot of traveling but this was one thing that recentely (2013) really had a big impact on me.
