About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To put a big smile on someones face and keep it there :)

ABOUT ME

I'm definitely into exploring and being active, whether it be events like shows or concerts, or even just walking around or going for a run. I'm usually up for whatever.

Despite a usually laid-back demeanor, I can definitely get charged and excited. I'm a social girl, really enjoy conversations, and getting to know new people. I'm not super shy or nervous, I'm usually fairly open about who I am. I have a wild sense of humor, love to laugh and make people laugh.

I am down to earth, modest, funny and overall good spin on life. I am not ashamed of who I am.

I am affectionate (I have to admit that I am a hugger, I enjoy contact - I don't like staying around people that are cold). I am reliable, sociable, sensitive, lenient.

I am looking for friends, let's have fun, exchange cultures and language.

In Brazil I was part of a group who served food for older people and collect food and goods for people who didn't have much.

I am a really honest person, I would rather hurt my feelings than hurt someone else. If you ask me something, I will say the truth without trying to please you or make it lighter. Sometimes you don't want to hear the truth because it hurts, but for me, the truth only hurts once while a lie hurts every time you think of it.

PHILOSOPHY

"Do unto others, how you would want others to do unto you"

Music, Movies, and Books

Most of the books that I read they were in Portuguese language, and I read a lot of them. I could say my favorites authors: Caio Fernando Abreu, Clarice Lispector, Machado de Assis, Paulo Coelho.

I read some Nathaniel Hawthorne and I really liked it.

Movies: I am really into comedy, I am a huge Adam Sandler fan. The best comedy lately for me it was "Think like a man."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I did a crazy attraction in a carnival. It was a thing that raised you by your back, put you really high than someone would pull up a cord and you would drop from the high. That thing was breath-taking.

When I saw the Christ-redeemer statue in Rio.

When I danced with an Aerial Contortion In Silk.

Teach, Learn, Share

"There's a real battle going on... some polarity around us... and we've got to choose, on a moment-to-moment level, to embrace positivity in all these moments...

Recognize the amazing potential of following through with kindness, curiosity, compassion, risk, and optimistic assumptions, among other things... so that we create, with our minds, the reality in which we wish to live...

and strictly positive... because there's so much at stake... we can't afford to relax into a cushion of depression or let things go because of uncertainty or fear... we've got to be vigilant about living up life... "
