About Me

I'm a fan of sports and cheer up for Corinthians, sadly I don't play football anymore buy I started to run and try to compete in small events from 5km-10km. In my life I lived in five cities here in Brazil due to study and work, right now I'm located in Rio Grande do Sul which is the southern state of the country and a with very traditional and strong culture.

I live with my girlfriend and probably she will appear in my travels since this is our plan to explore new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is an opportunity to host/be hosted and meet new people in our travels, new places sometimes seem complicated and a local friend is valuable to exchange histories. Although I was never aware about this culture, one time I hosted a guy (turned friend) who was going to university in another city from the same city I used to live and I saw how that gesture made the guy life easier in a unknown palce.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste of music really changes over my mood, I like the instrumental of genres like heavy metal and rock but I also like the beat of rap songs, as a culture of my city I tend to hear Sertanejo which is the countryside type of music in Brazil . In the end music is always good if played in the right occasion.

For my books I used to read novels like Game of Thrones and Harry Potter, but right now my life resumes to tech books.

My favorite movies are thriller and suspense, but more important movies with an unpredictable end like amnesia, shutter island, inception and so on. Movie to make you think and reflect in the end, even stay mad like how that could happend

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in the university, my friends group prepared a travel to one guys house in another state, in the last minute one of them gave up and I was asked if I was down to a trip. Brazil is not a small country and I never really put my thoughts in the distance/time to consider and we ended up travelling more than 3000km over a week, visiting 3 cities and 4 states.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm really down to teach and learn, I used to run a DIY laboratory for tech with my friends in the university. We gave coursed to learn arduino, programming to raise money for equipment and since then I have this tendency to help others when I can. Besides that I like to learn interesting facts and cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help with tips on my city, or the ones that I have been/lived to get you the most out of your trip. I also can be a friend for some nights to drink a beer, eat something you never experienced and set up a memory for the time you visit Brazil.
