ABOUT ME

[English follows :-] Traductrice, réviseure, artiste, autonomiste, c'est ma vie que je crée. J'aime dire que je m'emploie à vivre. Je crée mon auto-route. Je suis adepte de simplicité volontaire. J'aime faire avec ce que j'ai, vivre du partage de ressources et envisager tout projet (wwoofing, helpx, action humanitaire, gardiennage de maison, bénévolat, livraison d'autos, retraites de méditation...). J'ai une fille de 25 ans qui s'y est prêté avec moi des fois. Je vis en alternance entre le Québec et la France ou ailleurs.
I'm a translator, revisor, but I describe myself as an artist, autonomist, as I create my life. I like to say that I employ myself to live. I create my own free-way. I go along with voluntary simplicity, dedicate myself to live on basic needs, do with what I have, share resources and plan any project (wwoofing, helpx, humanitarian action, housesitting, voluntary work, drive aways, meditation retreats...). I'm the mother of a 25 years old girl who has travelled with me quite a bit. I live alternately between Quebec and France or elsewhere.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Parce que des maisons, il y en a bien assez déjà pour qu'on les partage! C'est une façon d'utiliser ce qu'on a pour aider à faire circuler l'énergie d'être de chacun, où que ce soit, et quand cela se présente.
That's a way to use what we have to allow ourselves to be who we are, at any time, wherever that is. Homes open. There are homes enough in this world for everybody.

Interests

La connaissance de soi, la découverte de tout ce qui n'est pas dans mes habitudes, la réduction des influx à un moment présent tout simple. Je pratique la méditation Vipassana.
Self-knowledge, self-growth, discovery of anything that is not in my comfort zone. Sharpening my mind to bring inflows down to the present moment. I practice Vipassana meditation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

J'ai eu un fort moment d'indignation face aux iniquités, à sept ans. Aussi, j'ai découvert jeune que ce que ce qui m'avait été enseigné de façon trop systématique était certainement à désapprendre.
Had a strong feeling of iniquities when I was seven, that the world was unbalanced. Also, I discovered one day that I probably had to unlearn what had been taught to me too systematically.
