Über mich

CURRENT MISSION

Do you see that bottle of wine? Why is it full?

ABOUT ME

Isn't there anything more stressful than write about yourself? Let's see... I lived in Rio de Janeiro, moved to Germany to study and I ended up finding a job there. Yes, I do miss home and I'm trying to find a job there. In the meanwhile I go to work, come back home, cook some nice things that come to my head or I just go to a sushi restaurant, try to do hitchhiking in the free time (I love doing hitchhiking), visit my friends, play videogames, I read novels, articles and unnecessary things, I like to watch movie, i try to go to the lake or sunbath and someday I want to become a politician and get rid of those corrupts!!! Yes, it's almost impossible that to happen, but I like to dream for the best =D

I like adrenaline! Extreme sports, soccer and to ride a bike are some of my favorites hobys. I'm tired of going to a nightclub, but I'll surely go out for a beer at a bar or outside! I like to travel (who doesn't), drink wine with cheese (that's delicious) and I like people that at the same time are independent and dependent of the others. We always need each other for a good living.

PHILOSOPHY

We have a proverb here in Brasil: Quem não chora, não mama (who doesn't cry, doesn't breast). It means that if a baby doesn't cry, he will never be breasted, which means that if you don't ask for anything, you never get what you want.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If I have a place and time for you, I'll enjoy you. simple as that. I hosted a lot of people (+30), friends from exchange students from friends of friends from my university in Rio de Janeiro but right now I'm living with 2 people. If you want to come here to my hose you're very welcome!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once I met a french guy and he stayed in my place for five days in Rio de Janeiro. In another occasion, I met an australian girl and she stayed in my place for a couple weeks. After that I hosted friends from friends and a guy from CS. At least 30 people stayed in my place but just 1 from CS. 99% of the time was really nice, but there's always those weird guests sometimes.

Interessen

basically I enjoy been with friends and have some fun, doesn't matter how. I'm a very easy going guy, it's difficult to find something that I don't like or that I don't want to try.

I like some novels like The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Game of Thrones, Jorge Amado, Bukowski... I tried to read Alice in Wonderland in english but it's impossible, 20000 leagues under the Sea and others now I'm engaged on Crime and Punishment and Game of Thrones.
I like some series like Game of Thrones as well, Breaking Bad, The Bib Bang Theory, The Walking Dead, movies like Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Bastards, Chaplin, The Girl Next Door, The Schindler's List, Gran Torino...

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

for sure, the top amazing thing I've done was to bung jump in New Zealand. I cannot compare anything with that. Oh, and I saw the aurora borealis, it was awesome!!!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

You have to be understandable with a new culture and try to see always the bright side. You must ask for the things you will. Don't be stuck up, I don't like that kind of person.
