ABOUT ME

You only yolo once, so I'm trying to squeeze as much excitement and adventure out of this as possible. I could go on and on with this but perhaps its best over some drinks.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm just trying to stay alive, and by that I don't mean breathing.

Adventure is a path. Real adventure self-determined, self-motivated, often risky forces you to have firsthand encounters with the world. The world the way it is, not the way you imagine it. Your body will collide with the earth and you will bear witness. In this way you will be compelled to grapple with the limitless kindness and bottomless cruelty of humankind and perhaps realize that you yourself are capable of both. This will change you. Nothing will ever again be black-and-white.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While working in a bar outside of Mexico City, I met and fell in love with a girl. We ended up hitch hiking to Cancun- there was one morning, we were riding in the bed of a truck, through the jungle, eating crackers and canned tuna, broke, not sure where we were going to sleep that night or what we were going to do. Something about the warm air, laughing, together, not caring about anything else in the world.

It's definitely the people you make memories with rather than the location.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm MacGyver with electronics.
Not too shabby in the kitchen either.
