About Me

Hello, hallo and hola dear surfers!

Born and raised in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Love, experiences and some crazy ideas in my head brought me to Belgium when I was just 19 years old.

And then all of a sudden everything went pretty fast: I learnt a new language, I got confused about what's home and what's not, I moved to different houses in a few years, moved to Asia, travelled from Thailand to Belgium by land, and started looking for a new 'home'. I experienced the feeling of "being a tourist" in my home country", I made many new friends; I lost some others, I found love and let love go away; I tasted and discovered new flavours, saw new landscapes and enjoyed many experiences.

I'm passionate about people's life, their stories, and their way of thinking and living. In the end, everyone is unique in a special way that defines them.

After almost two years in Germany, now I'm relocated to Geneva in Switzerland for a three years job opportunity in an international organisation.

I have a one person mattress for guests and surfers in the living room. Please note that I'm not a hostel, so I only accept requests with a clear interest in sharing the CS spirit (and a beer).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My experience on CS has been amazing. As a host, as a guest and just to meet up. I've met so many interesting and lovely people around the world that I still believe in the strength of this network gathering like minded people.

Interests

I enjoy my free time with street photography, both digital and analogue. I like capturing the spontaneity of smiles and face's expressions.
On the professional side, I've been working around gender equality and diversity and inclusion policies for the last few years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2019, I traveled all the way back home from Thailand to Belgium by land. No planes. Only trains, buses, hitchhiking, etc.

When I was 16 I got a scholarship for a cultural trip to Colombia and Spain, together with other 250 people from 54 countries.
