I enjoy a lot of things. Art in many forms; dancing, photography, writing and reading, watching movies,listening to music. I like science and problem solving. I enjoy giving healing massages, having meaningful conversations, being silent and observant,/ drinking herbal teas, or why not wine and dance my mind away until early mornings - I enjoy a good party:)

Música, películas y libros

Music is a big part of my life. Listen to most kinds, except heavy metal and mass produced radio music; Indie lo-fi, old jazz, techno/glitch/ambient, roots reggae, dub, singer songwriter, soul etc; The Knife, Sigur ros, Autechre, Zola Jesus, Cocorosie, Four Tet, Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin,Bonobo, Austra, Tom Waits, Beirut, Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, Cat Stevens, Belle and Sebastian, Mick Flannery, Ane Brun, Tori Amos, José Gonzalez,Groundation and so forth...

I love reading and writing. Read a lot of Swedish writers that is no point to mention here...Zadie Smith,Herman Hesse, dharma literature, photography and art books etc...

Like to watch movies; beautiful, meaningful, funny, thought provoking,inspiring, or just simple entertainment... for example; The Fall, Harald & Maude, Away we go, The fantastic Mr Fox, Happymorethankyouplease, Lost in translation, Om jag vänder mig om.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I´ve been traveling on and off for 9 years. I´ve worked with horses in Ireland, made coffee in Edinburgh, been riding camels in Sahara, done yoga on the beaches in Thailand, studied buddhism in Himalya, fed dogs in Rishikesh, watched people in Bangladesh, roamed around in the city of Kafka, worked on organic farms in Spain and Italy, gotten engaged in New York City...and the best thing of all: I loved every minute on my travels, I learned a lot and seen the most amazing things! But I realized, sitting still in the forest just listening, to the sounds, to the silence, to yourself, breathing in, breathing out.. is all you really need to be happy.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I am a massage therapist so I can a relaxing massage, maybe a bit of ear acupuncture, give guided meditations and maybe teach some yoga (haven't done it for years though!), I can listen and support you the best I can in whatever situation you are in.

And there is a lot that I can learn from you, and that we can share!
