I'm an architect who love traveling and meeting new people. I think that is really important chatting with people of different cultures and point of view. That expands your vision and makes you grow as human being.
I was born in Barcelona where I've lived most of my live. I also lived few years in Sydney.
On April 2018 I started a long trip arround Thailand, Cambodja, Lao, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam,... but unfortunately I'm back to Barcelona.
While I've been traveling I've been helped so much by unknown people so I try to help back as much as I can and hosting couchsurfers is one way.
I don't think money equals happiness nor it's the most important indicator of successful lives. I just want enough money to survive and some savings for traveling. If your goal in life is just earning as much money as you can, then we have nothing in common.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling trying to understand as much as possible the real country that I'm visiting. That means their culture, history, traditions, food, cities, countryside, buildings but the most important is to realise how the local people is living, their points of view and style of life. Couch surfing is a good app to achive that iteraction, meet people and share experiences.

Interests

I like knowing new people and having a chat with friends with a glass of wine or a cold beer, making jokes and geting fun and sometimes partying. I like architecture and any kind of art or design. I love learning anything new, dicover how it works that also aplies for new cultures. For that reason I travell to discover the world with my eyes.
I'm interested in alternative ways of living, construction and architecture: low consume, eco-friendly with less impact to the environment, more cooperative, sustainable and ethical, self sufficiency.
I also believe good architecture could help to transform society in the good direction increasing community feeling and interaction and cooperation instead of making people more selfish.
I like riding my bicycle on my free time and sometimes I go trekking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most of kinds of music: rock, electronic music, reague, pop, jazz. But I really enjoy to discover tradional and modern music from the countries I'm visiting.
I usually read/watch movies about architecture, history, science, scienc fiction or thriller

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen some of the most busy and cosmopolitan cities and also some of the most traditional countrysides. I've been in rainforest with cocodriles, elephants, kohalas, kangaroos.. and also in cities trying to skip the crazy traffic. I've been in amazing lookouts on the top of mountains or the highest skyscrapers. I have been seduced by some ancient cities beauty, planification and execution but also by the newest ones with the last technology. But the most important thing is all the amazing people I met and the new friends I did.

I am a restless person and that has made me to be interested in very different topics from theoretical things to manual works: architecture, drawing, design, engineering, construction, history, programming, electronics, electricity, plumbing, welding, repair of cars, motorcycles and bikes ...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could share my experiences and point of view with good sense of humor. I'm also a handyman ready to keep a hand with any domestic problem or home duties.
