Please contact me if you come to Tsukuba and need accomodation. I hope sharing my room can help. Fyi, sometimes I'm away from the city, so please contact me in advance. よろしくね!NEXT DESTINATIONS: Berlin, Germany; Bekasi, Indonesia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Doing research and translation jobs gives me a lot of opportunities to visit new places and learn new things. I believe doing Couchsurfing adding more values to my trips as it allows me to explore new places and encounter amazing people!
Please don't hesitate to text if you find me around. Sometimes I'm free and just strolling around the town. I would love to have accompany to grab some foods or driving to new places (I have Japan's driving license). ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to watch Japanese TV series (Queen, Trace, Unnatural, Dr. Stork etc.) and documentary (ガイアの夜明け). I also watch a broad range of movie (The Greatest Showman, Kingsman, Black Phanter, Sweeney Todd, Everybody's Fine etc.), especially during flights. Listening Indonesian, Japanese, and Western pops is also my favorite. I used to read novels (my favorite authors are Mitch Albom, C.S. Lewis, and J.K. Rowling) and manga (Hiro Mashima, Yayoi So etc.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've met people from around the globe since I came to Japan. Making friends from different culture teaches me to have a broader perspectives and enriches my identity. It's been amazing to meet new people through couchsurfing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm sure I can teach you Indonesian or Japanese if you would like to! And since I've formally attended cooking classes, I can offer my so-so Indonesian and Japanese cooking. Besides, I am an amateur singer, and I can play Japanese traditional instrument "shamisen" a bit, which I would like to share. If you're interested in serious talk, we can talk about my research on public health (lol). Any kind of life-experience sharing and discussion is great too!
