I'm James. I love to travel and I've joined Couchsurfing to try something new. To meet new people in the places I visit and hopefully host some too.

Nowadays I typically travel with my girlfriend Shanice (Shan)! We met through music and love to play at open mics or jam with friends 🎵

I also really enjoy cooking and have been vegan since 2020. Protecting animals is something that I'm truly passionate about and I hope this is also a great way to make more friends on my travels 🌱

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got stuck in the Peruvian desert (for a few hours) but got to see the blue of the milky way, clearer than I thought possible.

Eventually I had to flag down a passing bus to get back to civilization, but it was an experience to remember 🌌

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook delicious and nutritious vegan meals! And even teach you some of my favourite recipes too 😊
