I was born and raised in Singapore. I did my undergrad in Glasgow for four years. Currently I'm doing my masters at the University of Warwick, and live in Coventry .

I love techno and traveling very very much. Some of my best overseas experiences includes working in Shanghai, China, for half a year in a boutique hotel, meeting happy tourists and making grumpy tourists happy - it also taught me how to do dishes super quickly and efficiently. Another memorable experience was a community service trip to Batam, Indonesia where I helped refurbish a school, and taught the kids about basic hygiene ("Kids, do you know what a toothbrush is?"). I would like to meet fun people from all over the world, from different cultures.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

My initial CS experiences were mostly surfing when I was backpacking around Europe. I'm hosting because I'd like to pay it forward and return the hospitality that I have received. During my first experience as a host, I messed up and ended up hosting 3 surfers simultaneously. And I think doing both hosting and surfing gives one a more all-rounded CS experience.

I enjoy the cultural exchange and getting to know more people from around the world - don't just CS for a free hotel!

Books: Sci-Fi, Sidney Sheldon, The Devil Wears Prada. Currently reading The Spirit Level.
