Hello, my name is Jaymes. I am originally from Windsor Ontario. I’ve been living in Victoria British Columbia since 2007 for work. I can be a shy person until I get to know you but luckily over the years that time period have gotten shorter. I am mostly here to get to know people but I can possibly open my home for short periods too. I am also trying to learn russian so if you can help with that then that is cool too. I am generally very calm and like to listen to what people have to say. If you do happen to ask for my opinion just be ready for honesty.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have come to couch surfing to meet people mostly. I have a hard time asking people for things so I probably won’t ask to stay at peoples places but who knows where life will take me.

I enjoy sci-fi and fantasy books as well as those on mythology and astronomy. I listen to a wide variety of music, there are some types of music that don’t make sense to me but I won’t judge you. I prefer action, fantasy, and sci-fi movies but am open to many more, except slashers/thrillers.
