ABOUT ME
I just finished my fourth year as a math teacher in Fairbanks Alaska. I have many hobbies, but put them off for the past few years, and am slowly picking them back up again.

PHILOSOPHY
I believe that the only real thing to do is to try to make the world a better place.
I am a member of the Baha'i faith, which contributes a great deal towards my personal beliefs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've used couchsurfing slightly in the past years. I more often stay in hostels, but it's still nice to have a way to meet new people in a strange place.

It also feels good to help out travelers who need a place to stay.

Interests

I like bicycling!
I love music, and I play the french horn and sing.
I enjoy trying different board games, and sometimes have board game parties with my friends.

Yes! I really like all arts. I like movies to be light and easy to take, and I like books to be non-fiction and something I can learn a lot from.
