I currently don't plan on traveling anytime soon but now hope to bring the adventure to me by hosting!

ABOUT ME

I love to be spontaneous and seek adventure everywhere I go. I've lived in Carlsbad most my life but attended college at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and afterwards moved to Austin. I think this site is a great way to meet excentric people in a small town and make friends that one day may be willing to take me under their roof once I decide to hit the road.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I now hope to host. I know about places in this town that many locals don't. Especially come summer time! We have two rivers in Carlsbad. The Pecos River which runs straight through and the Black River only 20 minutes away. During the warm season I become a total river rat and I know all the best places to swim. I also know of several caves (the Caverns are only one of HUNDREDS of caves in the area!) and places to rock climb. I love to show off my home town to new comers.
