Hiiii all. I'm Jiaming Li from China and now study in TUM Campus Straubing, Germany.

I mean to explore the world so I go abroad to study.
Europe is good as the first step and I'm also planning to explore broader world through having academic exchange in Latin America (Chile or Argentina) and work practice in Africa. For that, I'm now learning Spanish and going to learn Swahili in October which is spoken in middle-east Africa.

Stepping out for all of this, my motto of life can be recognized as always trying out for what I want to explore and keep learning all the way up. Always I feel concentrated and fullfilling as a pilgrim towards my goals.

From August 2023 I've travelled in Spain for one and half month, with bike trip, couchsurfing, teaching Chinese, Road trips and volunteer.Thanks for all the sharing, help, support and encouragement all along my life.
My heart is truly appreciating and missing people I've met.💫🌍

Always I figure my trip out through appreciating what I could get, since money for me is not just for entertainment and I'm more than independent to try to support myself financially through work-study-spare-travel, explore and always keep thinking. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The meaning of travel for me is fresh air, fresh people and fresh inspiration.
Experiences and stories are always inspiring me to new attempt, like bikepacking, healthy food, street performing, organizing meditation workshop and uni-sport myself.
I would try best to welcome travelers and thanks for all welcoming people.

I love Chinese music!!

Music from accoustic guitar I like the Chinese style and all styles.
Anyways I'm a great fan of music and I used to play the guitar and sing on the streets and parks in China. :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was living with an old French lady in a farm as a volunteer, every night at 8 p.m. we sat together and watched the TV news. She translated the French to me as I also tried to understand through the videos and graphs. We always go to have long and intensive talk around various social and political topics. When we sometimes felt that we need to know more to think and talk, we would make a deal to search for it that night and get together to share the information and opinions the next day.

I really appreciate to hear from people with some intensive topics, from which I could see the impact from the culture, society model and many aspects. Too thankful for you all.
I'm brand new young, both physically and mentally so I'm eager to discuss, to know, to learn, to think.

One touching theory that I´ve applied since 16:
First say "Thank you" to mom on the birthday, cause that's the day when mom suffered to give birth to us.

I have a deep feeling of gratutide and love for my family and so as to the world.

I appreciate any chance of accomodation that hosts try to provide to travellers. Thanks all!
I'm more peaceful, patient, clean and tidy. (but also without hesitation to get dirty while work and travel :D)
