I love music, concerts, hiking, new places, learning and meeting new people. I'm currently a student so I do a lot of studying but I always have time for a glass of wine.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to maximize the time I have to spend here. I want to learn all I can, see all I can, and help all I can.

I originally made this account when I was planning to take a trip around Europe 5 years ago... I have not been able to be very active in the couchsurfing community since then but now have some space in my home allowing me to host!

I love to show others how wonderful yoga is for the body! Happy to help any yoga novices into some wonderful poses or share a yoga sesh with you.

Also happy to answer any and all of your "Why does X happen" about how your body works. Finding out the answers to all of these questions during medical school was my favorite part. I love to share the knowledge!

I'm also am very passionate about the little things that contribute to overall longevity, healthy aging, and wellness over the course of life. These are things that I love to share with anyone interested.
