- Opennes and acceptance ; I love meeting people with such qualities, since this allows a better chance to become friends and have a greaaaat time.

- I believe happiness comes from within. and all you can do with it is share this overflow.

-Spirituality for me remains vague unless practiced, experienced and personally developed !

- If Earth was being evacuated and i had to take with me one thing to the moon, it would be: Tahini. (Must say something about me i guess)

- Traveling is a tool for me to discover myself through witnessing my tracks, the things i see, and the people i meet along the way.

COOKING is an important aspect in my life. I cook intuitively based on holistic knowledge and combined principles from Macrobiotics, Vegan alkaline diet,, Traditional and Eastern Herbal medicine. I have been a cook in various retreats and enjoooooy feeding people's bodies and spirits with nature's gifts!
MEDITATION i have practiced since 5 years now and have been experiencing my spiritual journey ever since.
I can share, teach, and experience meditation with anyone who is interested !
