ABOUT ME

I'm a very courious person. I like everything related to art and culture, from acrhitecture to cuisine. Everything. I'm a great fan of music, especially rock.

PHILOSOPHY

Buddhism.Whatever you must do in life do it with conviction an coherence between waht you think and do. Love and let people love you. Bring back to the world the most of what it has given to you. All these features are just a part of the path towards Ilummination. I wrote that a long time ago haha. Now that I read it again I find it a little bit too pretentious. I have changed since then. I try now to overthink less and feel more.

I have tried different dance styles from Bachata to tango, including kizomba, cumbia and salsa. I have also done improv theatre which is a great way to bring some humour and spontaneity to anyone's life.

I would like to help promote this very creative activity.
I would like to meet people from every corner of this planet and share my experiences and thoughts with them. There are lots of good hearted people out there who deserve to be listened to and from whom I ould learn a lot.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not hosted many people since the place I used to live in my country was not very popular. It was quite far from the main touristic attractions in Mexico City. However I've had very memorable couchsurfing experiences in different countries. Everybody has been very kind with me. I hope I can meet all of them again.

I'm a great fan of cinematography. I practically enjoy any movie genre as long as the movie is made with quality. Everything form Cohen Brothers, to Lars Von Trier, Julian Schnabel and a long etctera.
In music: Rock, jazz and pop. The National, Inspiral Carpets, Beirut, Arcade Fire, The Buzzocks, Sonic Youth, etc
Books; travel and adventure, JMG Le Clezio, Kipling, Borges, Goethe, Sabines, etc

I would like to learn more about asian culture and its philosophy. I would like to learn how to cook properly since now I am a little bit of a disaster. I never refuse an invitation to dance, especially if it's bachata. So if you want to learn some steps just let me know.

I offer my time to listen to their stories. I'm not a very good cook to be honest but I can cook a traditional Mexican dish if the ingredients are available. I can also teach you some basic spanish.
