About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living to dance, to play, to breathe, to be easy with myself while working hard to lift up others around me.

My current mission nowadays is to live every day as a love warrior, pushing myself to give unconditional love in all that I do without expectations but instead with an open heart and mind willing to receive.

Some folks have received the above sentiment as a notion that I open to sex with anyone, all the time-if you are said folks- please leave my profile in this very moment and head over to the multiple dating platforms the world has for you.

Couchsurfing can still exist to be a supportive, caring, sharing and radically trusting community. Let's work hard to keep it as such.

Quiero mejorar mi español muchisimo y si necesitas ayuda con ingles podemos hacer un intercambio.

PHILOSOPHY

Above all things, love is the greatest of these.

Where do you feel like a local?

Why run when you can walk, why walk when you can sit, why sit when you can lay and sink into this earth of ours

"I love you, I am sorry"

If not now, when?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Running Dinner-Amsterdam Couchsurfing Event-3 Course Menu-Three different hosts-1 bike to bring you through it all

I've couchsurfed in almost every country I have visited because I see the value in connecting with the people that feel like a local wherever they are. I am very relaxed, patient and light-hearted which makes it easy to be hosted and easy to just be able to hang out like old friends with a host. I'm currently seeking language intercambio partners in Valencia where I am currently based. Tengo un nivel de B2 en Espanol.

Now, in Valencia I am exploring things I haven't reached into yet. I am interested in circus, philosophy, humankind and theatre. I am also very busy with studying nursing and working so know that I care about your request even if I can't respond with haste. Reach out to me if you have a story, a hand, a hug, a great place to swim, a dance spot or hidden beauty in your area that you think I would appreciate. I will be studying in Spain for the next few years.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed on a houseboat in Amsterdam, where the Captain is making a collaborative project of renovating his boat. I have been to many an event, always positive experiences.
Check him out now, look up the Valparaiso in Amsterdam.

Carnaval in Maastricht--best Halloween for adults to ever exist

Birthday weekend in Lille, France
Seeing art and music festival that just happened to be that weekend and spending time with the loveliest hosts .

Roma, Italia--sharing small quarters with my charming host Alberto who I shared beautiful evenings with--eating incredible food and taking photographs as well as watching Charlie Chaplin films at a local community center.

Interests

I enjoy dancing the night and/or day away in any way but especially with contact improv, funk/soul/blues or fusion. I have always enjoyed driving, it always seems to keep me very calm and once I find my rhythm on a long trip I could sit and watch the scenery pass forever.

I enjoy reading and expanding my mind through active listening, mentorship and going to as many libraries as I can, swimming in natural bodies of water, hitchhiking.

I enjoy meeting and sharing connections with other people all the time whether it is through staying with them or having a conversation on the street. I follow the word of mouth of the streets through people's recommendations, posters and feelings in my chest

Feet on the street, follow the beat...know your rhythm, don't stop givin'

I enjoy watching and being a part of theatre projects, radical communities, anarchist groups, alternative political, culture and dance groups.

Billie Holiday, Erykah Badu, Tank and the Bangas, Fantastic Negrito, live music, anything I can shake it to

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching the sunset in Toronto, Ontario. It was a very beautiful ending to an amazing trip and I was with people that really cared. Watching the sunset from a watchtower near the border of Germany and the Netherlands. Sunset on the Pacific coast at China beach- a hidden treaure of San Francisco Sunset on the Atlantic coats- resting in the way the ocean wrapped us up in it's changing light- red to pink to lavender to a blue that faded into the night's shade This section will mostly just be filled with sunset moments Stargazing on the beach in Noordwijk and listening to the waves endlessly returning to the shore. Watching the sunset behind the eiffel tower in Paris. Laying on the beaches of Barcelona and sailing in the Mediterranean. Listening to a classical choir sing in a beautiful cathedral in Lille. The echoing of sound in the room was stunning Being able to watch a sunset with an old high school friend in Mallorca, ES Watching the sunset with my best friends in Charleston, SC Sunset at Lovelock Caves overlooking the red rocks Watching the sunset from my small balcony with my old roommates. Being woken up by the sunrise in my new home and meditating in the sun’s light.

Teach, Learn, Share

Let me teach you to cook, dance, breathe, fulfill dreams and allow me to learn all of those same things as well as whatever else you bring to the table. I can try to teach you how to dance fusion, lindy hop or blues, contact and I would love to learn ANY other styles of dancing you have for me I can teach you how to laugh or smile by example, I'm not often found without one of the two. I can share stories, my heart, the food I squirrel away or that I can forage.
