Enjoying my retired life. I'm earth friendly and am always open to new ways to help Mother Earth. Friends are the spice of life, and I love to add many types of spices to my life.
I play Old Time & Irish rhythm guitar. I love to play and contra dance while traveling.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've used hostels while traveling in the past. CouchSurfing is a wonderful way to meet new people on a more personal level, and to experience local life. Off the beaten path is the best place to be.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had great experiences as a surfer and a host. While traveling, I love to invite my hosts to contra dances if one is available.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I designed my own home and was the laborer during building. It was an amazing experience to work on it every day for 4 months. My contractor had a very kind and patient working supervisor who taught me something new every day.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmm, I know a bit about a lot of things... I can show you how I use my bicycle as my main form of transportation. I love to dance and have learned to lead and follow contra and waltz. I can teach you either.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help with yard work and gardening.
