About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be a catalyst for love and change

ABOUT ME

A little about me: I grew up in Moab Utah, I live in Northern Ca now. I am 5'4" and 125lbs dark hair and eyes. ethnicity is Basque, Hispanic, English, French, Scottish, Irish, the latter being my paternal side. I am 56 (I think sometimes I forget). I have been blessed by spirit and life has given me lessons that I have learned from and continue to be in awe of.
I am open to new adventures and more experience, I am fearless (at least I am willing to face my fear).
for the past year I have lived in a cabin off grid surrounded by trees, rocks, creeks, with nature as my company.
I garden growing food flowers and medicine, meditate, hike and forage food and medicinal plants, I cook on a fire (not always), and I am an excellent cook. I have lived with solar power and propane, in a not so rustic cabin where a year around confluence of creeks that supply water to the river, a black bear visited all summer and fall and I find scat of mountain lions. I have lived on a farm and produced all the food and herbs necessary for life. I have volumes of books and I hope to get inspired to pick up long packed away paint brushes, pastels and charcoal. I am very good at many things, I am a healer of spirit and body. I have traveled globally and hope to continue adventures that inspire me to embrace more of humanity and appreciate our planet. I appreciate beauty, tranquility as well as constructive work. I want to continue to be part of world change.
With that said, I am equally comfortable, dressing up of the city/town life, I appreciate fine food, I have dined around the world in amazing restaurants I love to dance, listen to music, visit art galleries, and museums all that the world has to offer in arts and culture. Yes it is a duality that I easily slip into.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have traveled to many countries, I have walked on the hardened lava of a active volcano as the tunnels of red molten lava peaked through the deep cracks.
I have spent months in Bali, in Mexico, in Hawaii, traveled in India, Australia, France, Spain, Brazil, spent time with a indigenous tribe in Costa Rica, walked the streets of Bangkok and Hong Kong.
I believe and imbibe in the healing qualities of plant medicines.
I have birthed 5 human beings, who have all taken traveling trips with me, my youngest daughter will say not her yet, not exclusively but she lived with me in Mexico and in Hawaii. She works full time and goes to school in SF so soon as she frees her life up we will go! I can't wait.
