I like to think of myself as fun, kind, funny (says me!), honest and genuine. I'm very confident and energetic. I am very relaxed, and I really do not worry (possibly to the point of fault).

A few random facts:

* I play volleyball...and I am good...I will crush you. :)
* I enjoy artistic and musical pursuits - painting, pottery, piano, etc. I may not be talented, but I enjoy it :)
* I exercise every day in some fashion...weights, yoga, etc....

I enjoy being with family and friends, but love my alone time too. I enjoy exploring the world of music and documentaries, volunteering, playing sports and going to sporting events (especially hockey), coffee shops, bookstores, etc. I like to stay active (bike riding, hiking, etc.)....

I work in social service. Although management and strategic planning are technically my field of work, helping people is what I really do. That's why we are here on this earth, right?
