I started planning a trip to NZ nearly 8 years ago and found myself in the throws of some serious life changes and a series of traumatic events. I am so ready. I am in a career that is killing my soul, working my life away. I was sitting looking at the sky last Saturday and talking with a friend about our dreams and realized I have just put all of my dreams aside for years.....I shed a few tears, he asked why I was crying and I smiled and said..."I'm quitting my job and booking that trip...."
So, here I am! I plan on flying in to Christchurch on October 1st and have a hotel booked for 2 nights to recover from the flight and get my bearings. I plan on staying 3 to 4 weeks and I honestly do not know where to start!! I would love to do some hiking, biking, kayaking, perhaps a little dancing! The possibilities are endless!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After being in a head on collision with a Dodge Truck and being told by ER doctor's I would never walk again, I did! Then I decided life was short and started overcoming my fears, one of them being skydiving. I became a licensed skydiver within a couple of years!
