Music, Movies, and Books
Currently, I've been reading Haruki Murakami and Rebecca Solnit and comic books my room mates have been throwing my way (Saga, Fantastic 4, and Invincible.) I've been having a hankering to read Tolstoy too.
Mostly I just listen to bad pop punk and the Misfits and sometimes metal and sometimes The Smiths and sometimes decent rap. I like a lot of music, especially if it is lyrically strong.
Movie-wise I gravitate towards documentaries, shows with paranormal elements, and occasionally anime when I want something light. Tarantino has a special place in my heart, as well as Joss Weadon (but in small doses because his dialog scenes can be draining.) I also like awful B movies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I moved to New York with a suitcase and less than 50 bucks to my name. (Which may be filed under "amazingly stupid' but yolo or w/e)
Teach, Learn, Share
Things I am good at: baking and cooking, walking aimlessly (with only minor occurrences of bumping into things,) being a DM and teaching people how to play D&D, adobe illustrator, obsessively cleaning things, and writing really long sentences.
Things my room mates are good at: playing piano, giving pep talks, video games (especially fighting games,) stand up comedy, fixing computers, and knowing a lot about comic books and supplying you with said comic books.
Things we are collectively good at: drinking a lot of coffee.
