ABOUT ME

I grew up in the Tien Shan foothills of Kyrgyzstan. Born in South Korea, I lived and studied in nine different countries around the world before moving to Israel for medical school. As an Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast, I volunteered with the Frisbee outreach program “Ultimate Peace” in Israel and also played for the Israeli National Team. As a Korean citizen, I was called back to serve in the military and I recently finished my mandatory military service in the Korean Air Force.

I surf/host whenever I can because I really like the idea behind Couchsurfing. I've met some incredible people through Couchsufing in Tanzania, Israel, Jordan, India, US, and other places.
