Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that Couchsurfing is able to show me more of the local way of life and to help me meet people and talk to them.
Furthermore locals do often know nice places in their city, not listed in travel guides.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'd describe my taste in music in Germany with "Alles außer Schlager", in English that means "anything but country", because german country music is terrible.
So it is really widely spread, from 30s Jazz, over 50s Rock, to 90s Alternative, 00s Hip Hop or modern Hardstyle music.

My absolutely favourite book series is the "Young Samurai" series, written by Chris Bradford. Nowadays I often read novels based on the german history in the 19th century.

Normally I do not watch films really often, instead I'm more interested in YouTube Videos and Channels.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not really good in very much, but at least I know a few things I can share with people.
First of all if you like music and singing, I'm able to play most campfire songs, that we can perform together.
Further I can teach you a bit of playing the guitar and even if it sounds like a really angry language I could teach you some nice german words, like "Kartoffel". :)
