Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love surfing, hosting or just meeting people! Nothing more important than communicating and keeping on learning. I spread the word about Couchsurfing wherever I can because I believe its step towards the community of trust and care that the world needs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had the most amazing weekend in Bordeaux for 'La Fete du Fleuve' with an amazing couple and two other surfers! Surf a fair wee bit and have hosted in Scotland and Australia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping into a freezing loch on a cold Scottish day with twenty newfound friends! The whiskey afterwards was also pretty special.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll teach non-Brits how to make a real cuppa! I can help anyone with their English if they are looking to improve and I'm always keen to learn silly phrases in other languages!
Also very important to me to just sit and have a chat with people about their experiences and opinions; one of the best ways to learn about yourself and the world around you.
