I am located in the ultimate backpacker’s party paradise of Paihia, less than 70 m from the beach and just off Kings Road. Plenty of bars around to frequent within a 2 minute walk.

I am very easy going and want my guests to be too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been very fortunate and life has treated me well.
These days I get more of a kick about thinking how to donate a dollar than how to earn one.
It was within this spirit that I joined since I like to give to others what money cannot buy.
Like 3 nights of luxury accommodation in exchange for cooking one dinner representative of your countries most popular meal.

"Grand Mother's Favourite" recipe will 100% do the trick.

Being involved with the Internet of Things, I would also be happy with Googles choice of dinner too.
e.g. Assuming you from Sweden:

" Hello Google, what is the most famous meal in Sweden?" Answer Swedish Meatballs.
So that is what you/we could make for dinner.

I will provide a shopping card to pay for the recipe or go with my guests to the supermarket to pay.

So as to have the experience, I would like my guests to come with to buy the ingredients from the supermarket. ( 5 minute walk) but if you too busy chilling out I can go alone.. This is Paihia. We on Island time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was watching TV on 9/11 when I saw an obviously pregnant lady jump out of a window to escape the flames.
As she fell I pointed to her image and said.
"Honey I don't know you, but I will write you a song".
That song is called "Unborn Baby of Tower One" and it led to the concept Album 9/11 The Album.

We sold it to Walmart US ( a 6,000 store chain) in the days that a CD cost $ 1 to make, wholesaled at $3.00 and retailed for $ 9.99.

Having been awarded 16th place in the World's Best new Country Song Competition ( 2019), I will share with anyone what my thoughts are as to how to make up a good song.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Accommodation wise I can share everything with my guest. I want them to feel they are in their own place.
I will offer towels, soap, shampoo etc. Just want them to soak up the positive energy Paihia has to offer.
YOu will have your own private room with a full size queen bed. Sleep as late as you want too.

No (boyfriend girlfriend) couples as per my experience these units tend to stick only to themselves and therefore don't share stories, exchange information nor engage in any of the other things that Couch Surfing is all about.
