ABOUT ME

After six years as a journalist, I'm now a cook around the world. So, I'm a nomade with a special home : my sailboat.

To be free to move when I want.
That job help me to move because you can find a restaurant everywhere in the world so I can find a job where I want. Winter, I try to join the mountains, in the Alps in France. Rest of the time, I'm sailing on a big ship for a big Environmental NGO.

PHILOSOPHY

Je suis curieuse de tout ce qui est dans la nature et je souhaite vivre d'une manière égale aux autres animaux qui la peuple.
I 'm curious about nature in general and I hope to live with her. The place where we live is more important than the job we do.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Et maintenant, me voilà à Sète depuis trois ans déjà. Et je peux désormais accueillir des couchsurfeurs à ma maison qui est un petit voilier amarré au port de Sète. C'est pas grand mais c'est cool.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This autumn (in 2011), I was travelling in Russia and Mongolia. In Russia we have met Ivan Proscurina for the first night in Moscow and it was our first experience of couchsurfing. It was great to be host by a russian in this big capital where people don't use the same alphabet. Fifteen days after we were hosting by the best couchsurfer in the world (and I really think it's exact !) this guy is Begzsuren. His family is very fun, his children and his wife are really great. They live in a ger in Oulan-Bator (Mongolia) and we were lucky to arrive in their home because a lot of couchsurfers try to go in this family.
