Hello all, I am Huey from Malacca.

I love seeing the world, so sometimes I might not be around when you are visiting. However, I will try my best to make your visit fulfilling. Nowadays, my home is not at its best capacity for hosting, but if you really need a space to sleep, I can place you in my grandma's guestroom.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The platform was introduced to me in 2016 by my roommate from Lithuania. Many people have influenced me to believe in the goodness of people and the strength of ties formed with those who share similar values.
One of my Basel hosts gave me the motivation to achieve the status of Couchsurfing Ambassador in the future. I've been in Girl Scouts for over 15 years, and badge collecting is one of our favourite activities.
I hope our paths cross in the end and we can form more true friendships.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done is help a local grocery store in a wet market generate income despite the sudden lockdown while also helping the goods reach their destination within 24 hours through social media.
