About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Making music and sharing stories one person at a time
ABOUT ME
I am a traveling musician, I play the didgeridoo - a native Australian wind instrument. I have been employed full-time since 2005 traveling from school to library performing a cross-curriculum show called Didgeridoo Down Under, http://www.ddu.me. I keep busy with my work and normally have a full schedule that includes me rising with the sun as an early bird. I have two kids, 6 and 4, and like to work with my hands when I have spare time. I love life and love to share ideas.
PHILOSOPHY
Keep positive and treat others how you want to be treated.
Culture is the currency of the global information age.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am traveling looking for couches to surf in an attempt to save money during my travels and stay on schedule for work. Eventually when I am home in Florida I can be more available to greet other travelers in the area.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As of March 2012 I have personally been hosted by 12 couchsurfers through this organization and talked with many via phone and text. Everyone has execeded my expectations of what I think a couchsurfing "host" should be, qualities like friendly communications, flexability in scheduling are musts for me. I highly recommend this service to others. Infact, I have developed friendships that I still have today. Its refreshing to know there are people in the world who are happy to help others, who have a brighter vision of how the world can be and keeping faith in the good nature of people.

Teach, Learn, Share
Circular breathing is a process of breathing in through the nose while pushing air out from your mouth simultaneously. This is considered an advance technique in playing didgeridoo and is how the player is able to maintain a consistent and audible drone. Circular breathing has been practiced for thousands of people from around the globe.
