I am Italian, Rome born and bred, and yet spent half of my life living in another countries around the globe, and it isn't over yet. Therefore more and more feeling like a citizen of the globe. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my life I used to travel so much for work, that my real holiday was to actually be at home, however in the last year have heard a calling for more intensive traveling not just for business, and this call especially calls to the wilderness and the great outdoors. Therefore looking forward to tips, advice, perhaps a meeting to explain the most enthralling and interesting routes to be taken by someone who does not even have a driving licence (and does not want one) .

Music, Movies, and Books

about books, recently I started to re-read some of the fairy tales I knew as a child - Alice in Wonderland, Travels of Gulliver, Pinocchio etc - and was pretty much amazed to find out how different they look and how different there message is when read with adult eyes.
Generally I enjoy a good read in historical fiction, fantasy, and the classics.

Music - Almost anything, depending on the mood really.
