I am not new to couchsurfing, although it might seem so. I just can't access my old profile and had to make a new one. I have hosted lots of people from all around and had decent references. Now I have to start fresh after a few years of hosting only workawayers.
My workaway profile is "Kunsthuset" if you want to check it out and see references there. As a person, I am not not so typical norwegian. I like conversations with strangers and I offer the seat next to me on the bus. I don't mind not having a car and I enjoy more simple living.
I live together with my two cats who I love very much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I give free shelter and a shower to bicyklists and hikers who pass through Vesterålen (hikers paradise).
I like to meet kind humans and animals when travelling, and have meaningful conversations about life.

Interests

I live on quite a big property that I bought a few years ago in Vesterålen. Here I have 2 beautiful cats and 4 funny chicken. I am surrounded by magic nature and I like spending time at home and in nature. I am also an artist who makes both figurative and abstract paintings. I like calm and slow livving but sometimes its also nice with some action.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bicycling through Lofoten islands. Dancing under the aurora borealis and swimming in the midnight sun. The most amazing thing I do, I do every day; being alive and waking up every morning.
